We encourage our customers to come and talk to us. If you would like to schedule an animal for processing please think ahead. Slaughter dates fill up quickly and you need to make an appointment. Call us Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

How much will I actually take home?

Frankly there is no exact answer to this question. WHY? BECAUSE.... each animal is built differently! One may have more muscle or fat or bone. Meat can be close trimmed or left with some fat on it. Cutting difference determine how much goes in the freezer. Meat can be boneless or bone-in. This will make a difference on how much meat you put in the freezer. The first 10 to14 days after slaughter you will lose 6 to7% of body weight in moisture. Yield percentages from live to dressed weight on beef is 53% to 62%. Yield percentages from dressed to Table-ready on beef is 50% to 65%.

Storage and other fees 

AFTER 10 DAYS THERE WILL BE $10.00 A DAY STORAGE FEE 

AFTER 60 DAYS THE MEAT BECOMES PROPERTY OF HULL'S
